AALIA

Problem: Aalia needed a premium and unique identity for it’s Martin Place location, targeting those who love the finer things in life. What made it unique was the concept of aspiration, and it’s location inside the Harry Siedler designed MLC building in Sydney.

The Solution: A scripted logo, with a central and elongated ‘L’ to represent aspiration, which is what Aalia means in Arabic. It has a beautiful hand crafted feel and sits comfortably on a menu design with $300 cans of anchovies. I also developed illustration assets of Martin Place and an excerpt of the north African region in which the ingredients and recipes are inspired by.

Skills used: Logo design, branding, menu design, illustration, social media content, menu updates, production.
